Refund Policy

At Alice Academy, we aim to provide the highest quality educational services and products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for courses, products, or services purchased through AliceAcademy.com.pk.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are only applicable to eligible online courses, physical products, and digital services purchased directly from our website.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our management.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Courses & Online Programs
Refunds may be granted if:
You request within 7 days of purchase.
You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
No certificate or downloadable content has been issued.
No refunds will be given:
After 7 days of enrollment.
If the course was offered at a discounted/promotional rate unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Workshops, Webinars & Live Sessions
Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event start time.
No refund will be provided if you fail to attend or join late.
2.3 Physical Products (e.g., books, kits, accessories)
Refunds are allowed if:
You report an issue within 3 days of delivery.
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused and returned in original packaging within 7 days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
2.4 Digital Downloads & E-books
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved:
The refund will be initiated within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 working days for the funds to appear.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
Services rendered (e.g., one-on-one sessions already conducted)
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards or vouchers
Content accessed via third-party platforms
Change of mind or dissatisfaction after full access
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel a course subscription within 7 days to be eligible for a refund (subject to usage limits).
Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.2 Alice Academy-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any course, event, or order due to unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Product/course name
Reason for refund request
Any supporting evidence (e.g., photo of damaged product)
